There are many to choose from so just find the one that works best for you. I have picked the ones that are the most common. Grab a cup of relaxing tea and take a break.
Nervous System
The nervous system is very complex and is responsible for the function and balance of the whole body. This is a favorite subject for me as over the years I have found that it is one of the most important systems to support. When I was having back problems and pain the herbs and minerals that I finally found was the turning point to regaining health. Magnesium is by far the most important mineral as it calms the nerves so muscles can relax. We have to keep in mind that excess calcium contracts the muscle and magnesium relaxes it.
Stretching and Relaxing Muscles
Stretching and calming the muscles give wonderful relief. Even when there is an injury to the structure, the nerves need to be relaxed so the body can go back into balance. Herbs are a favorite way to keep the body relaxed and again it was not until I found the right herbs that my healing began. These herbs are my first line of defense when I have overworked or have something out of alignment.
